Cancelling the drinks party this April was straightforward; cancelling an exhibition planned for some time ahead, a trickier decision. So how do we celebrate successes these days? How can we meet our guests’ expectations in a virtual environment? Where does a webinar or live streaming fit in, and when is technical support called for in addition to a presenter?
